I’m Sean and this is my blog.
Professional
I’ve spent most of my professional life around computers. I currently work in network security for JPMorgan Chase Bank. One of the constants over the course of my career is that I am always looking for new challenges. Currently IT Security seems to place me on the bleeding edge of information technology. After having spent 4 years primarily dealing with IT Security, I am constantly surprised with the level and breadth of new challenges that arise almost daily. This is not to say that I have completely focused on Security. Keeping a broad knowledge base has always seemed to be the best strategy. Over the course of my career I have worked as :

Personal
Aside from technology, I have several other interests. I love to read, travel, take pictures, hike, camp and cook. I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2000 with a BS in Computer Science. I grew up in Avon Lake, Ohio (a suburb of Cleveland). I currently live in Bexley, Ohio with my wife Jess.
